As a 24/7 emergency and specialty hospital, we offer the chance to work alongside skilled doctors, nurses, and support team members in a setting built for advanced medicine and clear communication. Our hospital will provide emergency care, surgery, internal medicine, critical care, interventional radiology, and advanced imaging for dogs and cats in Salt Lake City and beyond.
WAG is owned by people who work inside the hospital and live in the community. That means leadership is present, accessible, and connected to the daily reality of patient care.
We use the term nurses because we believe it better reflects the level of care, training, and responsibility our veterinary nursing team brings to each patient. Our nurses are central to monitoring, treatments, comfort, communication, and recovery.
Our team has access to advanced tools and services, including MRI, CT, ultrasound, X-rays, endoscopy, fluoroscopy, C-arm imaging, oxygen support, ventilator capabilities, multiple operating rooms, and an ICU designed for seriously ill pets.
