Felix Deleon is a versatile leader whose career spans every level of veterinary medicine—from starting as a technician assistant in general practice to advancing into senior hospital administration. Throughout his journey, he has gained hands-on expertise across general practice, specialty medicine, and operations, working alongside top specialists as a veterinary technician before stepping into executive leadership as a Regional Operations Manager and Practice Manager for major specialty hospital groups.
At Wasatch Animal Group (WAG), Felix leverages his administrative strength, thoughtful communication, and deep clinical experience to help serve Salt Lake City and the surrounding communities. Driven by a commitment to positive impact, he is actively guiding WAG toward becoming a certified B-Corp. Beyond his work at the clinic, Felix supports local and global communities as a board member and manager for the non-profit Vetscursions, while regularly volunteering his veterinary skills with Ruff Haven to assist underserved pets and their families.
